We have had issues with the payment of the shorts/socks on-line so for those that still need shorts/socks this season, please complete the form and payment can be made either by:
1. E-transfer to executivedirector@hornetslacrosse.com (auto deposit is activated) up until Friday, April 11. Please ensure you put the player name and Team in the comments section. or
2. You can pay for the socks and/or shorts when you pick them with cash,cheque (payable to hornets lacrosse) or by using our Square (debit/credit).
