Conduct Best Practices

Being a coach places an individual in a unique situation where they set the tone for the rest of the team.  Whether you are the head coach or an assistant coach, you can strongly influence each and every player's experience, positively or negatively, at any given time.  Please find the below resources to help understand how the Hornets Lacrosse Association expects their coaches to conduct themselves.
