Coach Application Process
Those wanting to coach (Head or Assistant) Rwith the Hornets (or the Wranglers Tier 2 or Junior Ladies Cardinals) are required to submit a Coach Application form. Once approved to coach, other requirements will be requested such as certification plans, a Vulnerable Sector check, Confidentiality Agreement etc.

Being a coach places an individual in a unique situation where they set the tone for the rest of the team. Whether you are the head coach or an assistant coach, you can strongly influence each and every player's experience, positively or negatively, at any given time. Respect in Sport for Activity Leaders
For the current season, in all divisions of lacrosse, all members of the registered team, officials must have completed the Respect in Sport for Activity Leaders in order to be registerted to the team;
Respect in Sport for Team Leader certification is valid for 4 years;
Recertification may be required as a result of disciplinary measures.
