Hornets have a few methods that members can choose to use when paying for registration fees. Please see below regarding your options:
- CREDIT CARD (PREFERABLY): Members can pay all of their fees in full at time of registration; OR they can choose the two payment method. One payment due at time of registration and the balance will be drawn on February 28.
- E-TRANSFER: Members need to follow the instructions that appear when choosing this option during the registration process. You can e-transfer all fees at time of registration OR can do it in two installments. Half at time of registration and the balance due on February 28.
- KIDSPORT OR JUMPSTART: If a member is applying to Kidsport or Jumpstart you can choose this option at the payment section of your registration. You need to advise the Executive Director if you are choosing this option (email@example.com).
- HORNETS VOUCHER: This can be chosen if you need to make different arrangements ie: Community Cheque; Cash or pre-approved payment play.
If a member registers their player(s) (minor program - Hornets) after February 28, late fees apply. Payment methods are Credit Card and all fees are due at time of registration.
If a member registers their player(s) (major/junior program - Wranglers or Cardinals) there are no late fees that apply and registrations are accepted until April 15.
