Hornets have a few methods that members can choose to use when paying for registration fees. Please see below regarding your options:
- CREDIT CARD (PREFERABLY): Registration fees will be paid as follows: Initial payment at time of registration; second payment due February 15 and the third payment due March 1.
- E-TRANSFER: You can e-transfer all fees at time of registration OR you can pay installment payments (same as credit card amounts and dates). Initial payment at time of registration; second payment due February 15 and the third payment due March 1.
- KIDSPORT OR JUMPSTART: If a member is applying to Kidsport or Jumpstart you can choose this option at the payment section of your registration. You need to advise the Executive Director if you are choosing this option (email@example.com). Families are responsible for any outstanding amounts no paid by Kidsport or Jumpstart.
- HORNETS VOUCHER: This can be chosen if you need to make different arrangements ie: Community Cheque; Cash/Cheque/Money Order or pre-approved payment plans. (Please contact the Executive Director if you are choosing this option (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Hornets have an early registration fee and a general (late) registration fee. Hornets Early Registration Fees will run from December 15 to February 14. The General (Late) fee will run from February 15 onwards (fees increase by $100). All fees are due at time of registration, unless arrangements have been made with the Hornets or you are paying by the installment plan.
Junior Wranglers or Cardinals -- there are no late fees that apply and registrations are accepted until April 15. FEES MUST BE PAID EITHER BY CREDIT CARD OR E-TRANSFER.
