NEW 2019 - The CDLA has prepared Codes of Conduct for (1) Parents; (2) Coaches; (3) Players and (4) Managers. The Codes of Conduct will be signed at the start of the season and will kept with the Manager/Coach to be available at all times.
Coaches and Managers should review all of the Codes of Conduct so they are aware of its contents in order to explain, review with parents and players.
COACHES: Please review the Coach Code of Conduct, sign, date and return to your manager; ALSO
COACHES: Please review the Player Code of Conduct with the Parents and then review with your players. Please have each player sign (in the case of Mini-Tyke-Tyke parent
can sign on their behalf) the Player Code of Conduct and then return to the Manager.
MANAGERS: Please have the Parents review the Parent Code of Conduct, have each parent sign, date and then return to the Manager.
MANAGERS: Please review the Manager Code of Conduct and date and sign and keep on file.
These forms need to be completed and in the possession of the Manager prior to the start of league play.
Managers - Please ensure that the Forms are destroyed at the end of the season.
