2023 - Shorts Request Form - All Players
2023 Players
As you may have heard, the Hornets are looking to update/refresh/change their logo and re-brand for 2024 (more information will be sent out). In that regard we did not place a further order for shorts this year, but are using what we have in our inventory.
New Players will have the first option to purchase their shorts and we will try and accommodate for sizes (but hope people can be flexible). Should we have enough (which we should) returning players can then purchase a pair.
Any player that requires shorts needs to complete this Form. Shorts are $40.00 and the funds can be e-transferred to the email below. No password is required. Completing this form will give us an idea of sizes in advance of distribution.
Shorts can be picked up at our Icebreaker Game Day / Photo Day on Sunday, April 23, 2023 .
